This is a series of shorts which (hopefully) will be added to. It is an honest approach to the interesting and painful, but glorious, life of a professional dancer with the NYCB. It is surely not to be missed for the aspiring dancer or serious fan of ballet. Caution applies in that it greatly does glorify the NYCB, sometimes without consideration of other dynastic venues of the dance-but, what the heck-it is New York, and New York is the center of the dance world, and the New York City Ballet is, and has been, the center of all that! Anything that recognizes the passion and dedication of these incredible dancers is awesome….Keep on dancing!
